At Rongoā Mauri, we work gently with the body, mind, and spirit, creating a safe space for natural release and reconnection.

 

Through mirimiri, mahi ā wairua, and rongoā, we follow the body’s tohu and support healing to unfold at its own pace.

TE ARA TAPU

Te Ara Tapu is a one day forest healing retreat for wāhine (women) who have Sensitive Claims with ACC.

​

It is an immersion into the sacred pathways of healing, created exclusively for wāhine seeking deep restoration, spiritual reconnection, and a return to the manawa — the spiritual heart. Through a forest walk, rongoā practices, you will be held in a space of aroha and manaakitanga, leaving with renewed clarity, strength, and peace.
